Yes, Irv this years Mexico trip was very successful and many pilots had their personal best flights—highest climb in thermals, longest flights and longest XC flights. I am back now and encouraging them to post videos of their flights so that you can see them also.

I’ve seen some of the launches and flights on you tube. It looked
great out there, at some point you guys looked like you flew far away from the
mountain to the LZ. I don’t know? Any way it looked great!

Yaa! I got a flight in at Boulder 12-8-12, mid afternoon, 5-7mph winds with one other pilot. (Jon Haris) Both got sleads but it was my first for the new year and Granger just replaced some lines on my Glider. Most of all, keep in pratice. I put it on Youtube (itsirv1)

Granger, just read about your accident today. Sorry to read this & glad you are recovering. I did the same thing over a decade ago at a local micro site & just barely cleared the ground. Never did that again —- prefer instead to try “S”- ing it. All the best in 2012

Winds aloft light but Niwot Ridge showing strong westerly gusts at surface. New pressure gradient showing positive +1.4″ but old showing 0. Take some time to get used to new pressure gradient. NOAA weather calling for light snow this PM, up slope flow?
