Saturday was short but my P1 student got his ground handling and 2 flights before west winds started. Several other pilots got sled ridges.
Today pressure gradient -.25″ and local forecast calling for increasing west winds on Sunday. Winds aloft are very high at 40 m.p.h!! When inversion breaks expect very strong winds! Strong winds to continue on Monday.
Next soaring may be on Tuesday as cold front and snow arrive?
