Yesterday’s post frontal flying was great!
Three of us on Delta 2’s had soaring flights before over development occurred early. I was able to climb 1,400′ over quickly in 700’/min lift but flew out over the landing area when a saw the threatening clouds west of hill!
Today should be smoother with more stable air. NBR is showing light and variable winds and the pressure gradient is -.11″. Clear skies & sunshine should get thermals developing by midday. Local forecast calls for easterly winds and small chance of thunderstorms.
We will start again at 7:30AM.
